DMCA

Once a legitimate DMCA notice is received, we will take immediate steps to either remove or disable access to the infringing material, complying with the DMCA and relevant legal requirements. We may also share your notice and contact information with the individual who allegedly infringed your rights, to enable a resolution.

Filing a Counter-Notification

Should you believe that the content was removed by error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • The specific material removed or blocked and its original location.
  • Your contact info (name, address, phone number, email).
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury asserting your belief that the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Confirmation of your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district (or any judicial district if you live outside the U.S.), and your agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant or their representative.
  • Your signature, either physical or electronic.

Once we receive your counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If they do not initiate legal action within 10–14 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the material in question.
